Woodstock Boxing Club

We're excited to announce that our Boxing Fitness Classes are going to resume very SOON:
Coed Classes- Tuesdays - Start JULY 14TH
Coed Classes - Thursdays - Start JULY 9TH
Women's Classes - Mondays - Start JULY 13TH
All Classes Are: 6:30-8:00PM
Cost: $8/class
UP TO 7 PARTICIPANTS PER CLASS

Due to COVID-19, our new Guidelines for Participants are as follows:
- MUST use their own personal gear and equipment. This includes boxing gloves. We will have used gloves for sale at $20/pair, first come first serve. We will also put an order in for new gloves.
- Must disinfect equipment after each use.
- Must wash / clean their hand wraps and training attire after each training session.
- Must schedule their time slot via e-mail to reception on a first come first serve basis.
- Will be screened upon entering the facility (hand wash,temperature check, questionnaire)
- Must wear a mask when social distancing is not possible.
- will be advised to wear their gym attire to the facility as the changing room area will not be available.
- put outdoor footwear in the boxes provided.
- will place their gym bags on designated areas.
- When participants are working out or resting, they must maintain 6ft apart from others.
- Encouraged to bring hand sanitizer and use often.
- encouraged to bring their own water bottle.
- Will not be permitted to bring other family members that are not registered in the class.

Boxing Fitness Class: For all ages and fitness levels.  Achieve a greater level of fitness and gain confidence while training at your own level.  Every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-8:00pm ($8). 10-punch cards are available. Are you a morning person? Try our Wednesday 6-7am class for only $5.


Women’s Boxing Fitness Classes: Saturdays 8:00-9:30 am. Benefits of boxing for Women: an effective full-body workout for women of all ages and stages of fitness. Not only does it give your muscles and heart a taxing workout, it also increases your stamina, speed, strength and coordination.
