Wolastoq Valley Trail

The Grand Falls to Woodstock section of the Wolastoq Valley Trail is a 100-km rail trail that meanders along the majestic St. John River. The St. John River is a Canadian Heritage River with a rich history. The route is picturesque with beautiful views of rolling hills, farm land and scenic river vistas.  The route runs through numerous rural villages and towns. The trail is paved through the communities of Grand Falls, Florenceville-Bristol and Perth Andover with varying quality of gravel surfacing on the other sections.

 
The section in Woodstock runs along the St. John River into the heart of downtown.  The trail is accessible at the Greenway on both sides of where the Meduxnekeag River joins the St. John River.  The trail is crushed rock within boundaries of Town limits. 
 
The Wolastoq Valley Trail is a non-motorized trail from April 16 to December 14 annually.  It is a motorized trail for snowmobile use only from December 15 to April 15 annually. No ATV Authorization.
